1. Who should register a user account?
If you are a web designer who'd like to showcase your design talent by submitting redesigns for companies listed on the eMayLi site, you need to register a user account first. Being a registered user, you are also granted various other privileges such as creating your own blogs, participating in forums, rating other designers or designs, and advertising on our site.

2. Who can suggest a company to be listed?
Anyone. Either a site visitor or a registered user can suggest any company to be listed on our site. Any suggested company is subject to the approval of the site admin. Such approval process typically takes up to 48 hours. Once approved, the suggested company will appear on the Listed Companies list.

3. Can I suggest any company I want?
Not necessarily. Though we encourage you to suggest companies, it is our policy to prohibit the use of vulgar languages. Hence any company whose web content contains any of the following will be rejected for inclusion in our list:

• Sexually explicit, vulgar, or obscene language;
• Racially, ethnically, or religiously offensive language;
• Language that exploits minors;
• Defamatory language;
• Language that constitutes a threat; and
  
• Language that represents violence.

4. When I submit a web site design, is there a limit on the number of files I can submit?
No. You can submit as many files as necessary for a redesign. Please note that our system will save all your uploaded files with respect to a particular redesign under the same directory. In other words, you will not be able to create sub-folders for your redesign. So, any link in the redesign pages should always point to the current directory, unless it's an external link.

5. Do I own the rights of the designs I submit to eMayLi?
No. After you submit designs for any company, that company has the rights to use your design for its web site. The purpose is for you to demonstrate your caliber of designing high quality web pages so viewers can contact you for future design needs.

6. Can I submit more than one design for the same company?
Yes. You can submit as many designs as you wish for any company. However, every design for the same company must have a unique design title.

7. What are Top Designers and Top Designs?
All registered designer and submitted designs are subject to other users' ratings. The Top Designers list displays the current top ten rated designers while the Top Designs list shows the top ten rated submitted designs across all companies.
